Where can I see one operating?
We are not currently giving public displays of the Carizante, but we will be posting other videos soon.
If I want to put something through it that isn't "dry clean" material will I break the machine or damage the fabric?
No.
How much energy does it use?
It uses approximately the same energy per garment as a regular washer and dryer

How sturdy is it?
It has a steel case and metal drive assembly. If you dropped it from a height of six feet, you may dent the case, but it would still work.
Are there chemicals involved?
Yes; they are nontoxic and biodegradable.
Will it remove stains?
In most cases, yes. We supply a pretreatment kit for particularly stubborn stains.
How often will I need a refill?
Every five months under normal use.
Where do I install it?
The Carizante is designed for mounting above your washer and dryer, but can be mounted at any height on any wall.
Is it quiet?
All moving parts are designed to
be small and acoustically isolated, making the Carizante one of the quietest
washers in the world.
What other equipment comes with the purchase?
All Carizantes include 20 assorted hangers,
wall mounting brackets, and a 3'-6' adjustable
storage track. Track extensions and additional hangers are available.
What hookups do I need?
The Carizante uses it's own drycleaning solution, so it needs
no water hookups and the recirculating dryer does not
require a dryer vent. The only thing you need is a standard
electrical outlet.
